HOW IT WORKS

Leans the object relies on a turntable, the scanner starts scanning process, the object will be recorded automatically from several directions allowing a complete relief even of complex forms.
At the end of the procedure you get a triangle mesh (stl), which is likely to be imported into any CAD/CAM system.

REVERSE ENGINEERING


If you need to manage and edit the file, we have the opportunity to make use of reverse engineering software.

Our technicians, using this software will transform the file retrieved in triangle mesh (stl), into an area file (.IGS) so that we can, through our cad, edit and manage easier and faster such surfaces, creating die-cutting/mold cuts, stripping and all that is needed to make mathematics ready for any use.
 

3D PRINTING


Tecno offers 3D printing service in high definition.
We print with high precision plastic components extremely resistant, ideal for functional testing, aesthetic and design assessments, rapid manufacturing and tooling and more.
Some applications: consumer products, electronic components, medical devices, study models, clothing accessories, complex design elements.




HOW DOES THE MULTI JET MODELING

For the piece realization comes from customer a file created by any CAD format .stl.
After analysing the piece to mould is chosen the best positioning on the table via dedicated software in order to optimize times and get the best possible result.

Automatically the software divides the piece into two types of materials, the solid parts in resin and empty parts in wax, which will serve to support the structure in the printing process.
The particular to print is divided into layers (layers), thinner the layer and more accurate the final product will look like.

The printer deposits through micro-nozzles, drops of resin and wax on a movable table, each layer determines a movement, this is repeated by developing the piece vertically until all layers are not terminated.
At the end of the print job, the pieces are removed from the plate and put into an oven to make waxwork support to melt, in order to leave the piece later clean from any kind of residues.
This printing technology, allows our technicians to minimize, the cleaning time and manipulate every single printed piece.
